Returns & Refunds Policy

At East Texas Flames, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
- Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used, installed, or modified
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
- Contact us at bennett@easttexasflames.com or (903) 348-7815 to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping your item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items, unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective/damaged.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive the return for processing.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us to make arrangements.
