Shipping Policy

At East Texas Flames, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery
- We ship most products via LTL freight carriers or UPS/FedEx depending on size and weight.
- Large items such as fireplaces and grills are shipped via freight delivery. Standard freight deliveries are curbside only (the driver will deliver to the curb at the end of your driveway).
- Customers are responsible for moving items from the curb into the home or installation area.
- If you require inside delivery or white-glove service, please contact us before placing your order. Additional charges may apply.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on weight, size, and destination.
- Promotional free shipping offers (if applicable) will be clearly noted on product pages.
4. Delivery Inspection & Damage Claims
- Upon delivery, please inspect your order before signing the delivery receipt.
- If there is visible damage to the packaging or product, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos before accepting the delivery.
- Hidden (concealed) damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- Failure to note damage at delivery may limit our ability to file a claim with the carrier.
5. Delivery Times
- Typical delivery times range from 5–10 business days depending on product availability and shipping location.
- Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or supply chain factors are outside our control, but we will provide updates whenever possible.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the continental United States, with the following exceptions:
- We do not ship to California, Montana, or Wyoming.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories unless special arrangements are made.
